Selling a corporate jet is not something we do every day. That's why we looked to the best leads in the market to lead the sale of our Citation, then hired American Airlines Marketing. The Jet Tolbert team did an excellent job, from Chris's initial approach to the plane's delivery in Fort Lauderdale. From inspections to documents and technical reports to financial information, all steps are carried out professionally, leaving everyone involved very comfortable throughout the sales process.
At first I was sure that the Citation X would not sell what the owner asked. The Citation X went through 3 different buyers with no results. Then Christopher Knapp called and clearly explained the marketing plan he had on the plane. We decided to apply to American Airlines and sold it within a few months for what the owner was asking. We highly recommend Christopher and his team at American Aircraft Sales.
We bought a Gulsftream G100 from Jet Tolbert (American Aircraft Sales), it was very efficient and easy to use. As in all aviation businesses when the unexpected came up, Jet handled it with dignity and fairness. I look forward to our next appointment.
We have had a multi-year property tax appeal on a business aircraft and Jet Tolbert used his extensive experience in business and communications to provide the tools necessary to resolve our appeals with an excellent outcome. Jet's ability to navigate the complex business jet market has been critical to our success.
Usaf Doing More To Help Foreign Sales Of American Aircraft
When it came time for our company to sell an aircraft, I did not hesitate to contact Jet Tolbert of American Aircraft Sales. The AAS team is extremely professional and doesn't just put a few pictures of your aircraft on a website and wait for calls. Jet and his team develop a detailed marketing plan, including professional photos that tell the story of your flight, allow personal time to discuss the details of your flight, and produce a comprehensive report used to market to potential customers. I believe that this attention to detail and Jet's professional advice is the reason we have been successful in selling our aircraft in a very difficult economic time, without significant price reductions. What I really appreciate is Jet's care and concern, which goes beyond sales and builds strong, professional relationships. Perhaps that's the reason we can call American Airlines Ads for our next airline ad.
After purchasing my first Learjet from American Aircraft Sales founder Charlie Tolbert in 1988, I have continued to rely on Jet and his team for various aircraft sales and marketing, including my recent 2018 Gulfstream acquisition.
The word "Quality" in our name is a constant reminder of our promise to our customers. In dealing with service providers, we pay special attention to the quality of service provided. With American Airlines, we have found a partner that meets our expectations. You never know if the sale of the aircraft will go smoothly and quickly or if you will encounter difficulties. Either way, Jet Tolbert and his team have proven to be a quality partner. We look forward to many more sales transactions with our friends at American Airlines Marketing!
It has been a great customer experience working with American Airlines Sales. Jet and his team made the process seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely contact them for all our future helicopter purchases or sales.
Buy & Sell Aircraft: Services & Intelligence
Mr. Dodd recently represented me in the purchase of a PC-12. The business deal from start to finish was a seamless process. Excellent customer service, timely communication and well generated traffic. From initial purchase negotiations to a systematic physical and records review to a successful flight acceptance, he was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and professional - exactly the type of person I enjoy doing business with.
American Airlines Marketing is a foundation of excellence, customer commitment, thoroughness, ethics and hard work. There couldn't be a better foundation for excellent marketing results. My personal experience has been really remarkable: 17 days have passed since I started to show AAS on my PC-12 and I got the money to sell about the full price.
