T14 Tank Ww2 - Project V T14 was a joint US-British operation at the start of World War II. Both countries wanted to upgrade their main tanks, the M4 Sherman and Churchill I. While they proved themselves on the battlefield, the Sherman lacked armor, and the Churchill was deemed too heavy and slow to keep up with German tank developments.
The two countries jointly designed the T14, a heavy-duty assault vehicle that can solve both problems. Unfortunately, development of the new concept took longer than expected, and by 1944, only two prototypes had been built. One remains in the US for evaluation by the US military, while the other is sent to the UK. By the time the tank arrived for evaluation, the needs of the war had changed and the British deemed the T14 obsolete. This project was eventually abandoned in favor of further improvements to the existing tank.

Even so, the concept of a heavily armored and maneuverable assault vehicle can be very successful in the right hands. Good armor inclined plates and good gun depressions allow you to take advantage of the lowered position of the hull. Hold the turret stern at an angle to deflect those pesky shots when dealing with opponents. And use fast acceleration and a top speed of 34 km/h to hunt down enemy medium and light tanks while knocking out their HP for 110 alpha damage.
